ABOUT JEYPANADAS

Jeypanadas started in 2017 as a high school fundraiser, inspired by my Abuela Melania’s beloved pastelitos. She made it a family tradition to pass down her recipe, and I brought that love with me to college—sharing a taste of home while celebrating my culture. Since then, I’ve catered events, built a community on social media, and was even featured on The Nick Cannon Talk Show in 2022. Every empanada is made by hand, just as Abuela taught me.
